Policies and procedures are a huge part of registering a service with the CQC, and ensuring the service stays compliant going forwards. We work closely with policy providers to get these documents in place, make sure they are customised to your service, and completely up to date in line with the latest legislation.

You will need to attach your safeguarding policy, governance policy and and quality assurance policy to your application and have to provide a number of other policies dependent on the type of homecare you are looking at providing.
